Applicable Fees

Registrations that are not SUBMITTED on or before December 31st will be charged the fee increase on January 1, 2012. 

 Symposium Fees

The symposium fee grants access to the instant gallery, trade show, rotations (demonstrations), an opportunity to win an educational grant and the Friday and Saturday evening functions. It does not grant access to the workshops which are an additional fee event.

Accompanying spouses and anyone not paying the Symposium Registration Fee (Gallery and Vendor Guests only) are not allowed to attend demonstrations and are not eligible for an educational grant.

$125.00	Adult Symposium Early Registration submitted on or prior to December 31, 2011
$150.00	Adult Symposium Registration Fee submitted on or after January 1, 2012
$85.00	Adult Symposium Registration Fee attending one day only
$55.00	Youth, 12-17 years of age Symposium Registration Fee

Workshops

Note: The Symposium Fee does not grant access to workshops which are a separate events.

The hands-on workshops require pre-event registration and are an additional fee event. These workshops are conducted on Friday morning at 8:30am and Friday afternoon at 1:00pm and are conducted by Florida turners.

Fee:     $55.00 per person 

Note: some workshops may require additional fees by the instructor for supplies.

Accommodations

On site accommodations are limited to the hotel and RV sites. The hotel fees include meals (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch for Thursday check-in, Friday lunch through Sunday lunch for Friday check-in, Saturday Lunch through Sunday Lunch for Saturday check-in) which will be indicated on your registration invoice.

            Fees:   $107.00           Hotel single occupancy per night.

                          $82.00           Hotel double occupancy per person per night.
          Note:      Name your roommate or one will be arbitrarily assigned.

                          $35.00           RV (includes RV site plus driver only per night.

         Note: Additional RV occupants are charged $11.00 per night per person..

Commuters Fee

$11.00 per day

Meals

Meals are inclusive for hotel occupants and available for purchase by RVers and Commuters.

Meals may be purchased for those staying in their RV. All RV occupants and daily commuters must select their desired meals when registering if any. The meals selected for each day will be reflected on your registration invoice.
