Volunteers Make Symposiums Successful

Home The success of our symposium is greatly dependant upon those who volunteer a portion of their time to assist in various ways during the symposium.

The FWS needs volunteers such as Demonstrator Assistants, Registration and Instant Gallery Assistants plus clean-up assistance at the conclusion of the symposium. The volunteer's time is important and he or she would not be asked to volunteer for more than one or two rotations during the course of the symposium.

Please consider volunteering some of your time during the symposium to make it successful. The Demonstrator Assistant who operates the camera properly or the video camera switcher who selects the proper camera gives everyone attending the demonstration "Front Row" seats observing the techniques used by the demonstrator.

Please click on Volunteer Basic Duties to see the list of volunteers needed to help make the symposium a total success. No previous technical experience is necessary since training for the video camera operation and camera switching will be provided.
